2027 USSSA REC ALL-STAR WORLD SERIES

All-Star teams are eligible for state championships and World Series. No players that participate at the Major level after Jan 1 of the current season will be allowed. Players must participate in their respective league and have played in 75% of league games.

Pool Play → Double-Elimination Brackets.
Pool play is scheduled with multiple factors in mind, including USSSA State Champs and Geography.
Bracket Placement & Splits
Brackets will be formed based on pool results and division size. Bracket size depends on the number of teams in an age group.
Director Discretion
The World Series Tournament Director will finalize the exact format (number of pools, teams per pool, etc.) in alignment with USSSA Baseball Guidelines and with approval from the USSSA Baseball National Director, and may adjust seeding, pool matchups, or bracket format if needed.

Rule 3.00 - Individual Player & Team Eligibility
In all ages, there will be a limit of 3 Grade Exception players per team.
3.01.C
Home Schooled players are not eligible to use a grade exception unless the Home School, Online School, Charter School, etc. has a physical location where students attend classes.
14U Bat Standard
In 14U, -3 (BBCOR) is the National Standard.
Please note that all players must use a -3 (BBCOR) or wood bat unless the state the event is participating in has adopted the -5 exception. The only exception to this is if a state has opted into allowing -5 events.

Games are scheduled at Bill Noble Park, Trussville Sports Complex, and Ruffner Park / Sports Complex.
Which teams and players are eligible?
All-Star teams are eligible. Players must participate in their respective league, have played in 75% of league games, and may not participate at the Major level after January 1 of the current season.
What is the competition format?
Teams begin with pool play before advancing into double-elimination brackets. Bracket placement and splits are based on pool results and division size.
What is the team entry fee?
The entry fee is $683 for ages 9U–16U and $604 for ages 5U–8U.
What are the gate admission prices?
Online Pre-Sale is $80, Daily Admission is $25, and children ages 12U and under are free.
When and where is Manager Check-In?
Manager Check-In is scheduled from 4:00–8:00 at Bill Noble Park. Online order pickup will also be available at Bill Noble Park.
